Opening Times

  • Festival Gates Open: 4:00 PM on Friday 2nd May 2025 and 12:00 PM on Saturday 3rd May 2025 and Sunday 4th May 2025
  • Last Entry: 7:00 PM (Friday 2nd May) 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday
  • Show Ends: 10:30 PM
  • Festival Gates Close: 11:00 PM

Entry and Wristband Policy

  • All Weekend, VIP (inc Day VIP), Camping, and Glamping Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times and are void if removed or tampered with.
  • Lost or removed wristbands cannot be replaced, so please take care of them.
  • Security checks will be in place at all entry points, and all attendees must consent to bag searches and personal checks upon arrival.

Re-Entry Policy

  • Re-entry is not permitted for all ticket holders, including those with weekend tickets.
    • If you leave the festival site, you will only be allowed to re-enter the next day with your wristband.
  • Exceptions apply for camping and glamping ticket holders, who can access the campsite throughout the day.
    • Campers re-entering the festival arena from the campsite will be subject to security searches upon each entry.

Standard Terms and Conditions

  • Age Restrictions: Attendees must be 18+. Proof of age is required. acceptable forms of ID include a valid passport or driving licence (including provisional).
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, drones, and professional camera equipment are not allowed on-site. A full list of prohibited items can be seen here.
  • Search Policy: Security will conduct bag checks and searches upon entry and at any point deemed necessary for the safety of attendees.
  • Alcohol/Food Policy: For safety and security reasons, alcohol and food brought from outside the festival grounds are not permitted. However, a range of licensed bars offering alcoholic beverages will be available on-site, along with refillable water stations to keep you hydrated throughout the event.If you have any specific dietary requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact our team in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Respect for Others: Anti-social behavior, including excessive intoxication, harassment, or aggression, will result in removal from the site without refund.
  • Health and Safety: Strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, and loud music will be in use. Please take necessary precautions if you are sensitive to these effects.
  • Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

Note: 1 ticket is required per person - Parking can be added for £30 per car.

Note: Glamping bookings are for groups of 2, 3, or 4 people sharing. Each person needs their own ticket, and all tickets must be purchased together to secure your spot.

🚫 Single tickets are not accepted – booking with a single ticket will invalidate your booking.
