Campsite Opening Hours:

  • Check-In: Opens at 10:00 AM on Friday, 2nd May 2025.
  • Late Entry: The campsite will close at 9:00 PM and reopen at 8:00 AM on Saturday, 3rd May 2025.

Important Information:

  • Friday’s show begins at 4:00 PM, so early camping entry is strongly recommended.
  • All campers must arrive by 10:00 AM on Saturday, 3rd May 2025.
  • Check-Out: By 12:00 PM on Monday, 5th May 2025.

VIP Camping

The GLAMpsite

For the ultimate luxury camping experience, upgrade to The GLAMpsite. Stay in our beautifully designed, floating-style bell tents, complete with bright, modern furnishings. No setup is required, and you’ll enjoy:

  • Dedicated entrance lanes
  • Premium toilets and showers
  • VIP access to the festival
  • Exclusive afterparties

GLAMpsite Features:

  • Open from 10:00 AM on Friday, 2nd May 2025, until 12:00 PM on Monday, 5th May 2025.
  • A dedicated GLAMpsite Management Team available throughout your stay.

Booking Details:

  • Each glamping tent accommodates up to 4 people. Minimum booking 2 people
  • 1 ticket per person is required

    Note: Glamping bookings are for groups of 2, 3, or 4 people sharing. Each person needs their own ticket, and all tickets must be purchased together to secure your spot.

    🚫 Single tickets are not accepted – booking with a single ticket will invalidate your booking.


Parking
Parking is available to add on for just £30 per car for the entire weekend. Secure your space in advance to make your arrival and departure hassle-free!


What you CAN & CAN’T bring:

Campers will be allowed to bring ONE of the following into the campsite/glampsite on first entry only.
Note: no glass is permitted anywhere on site.

1 case of up to 24 beers/lager or cider
OR
Up to 3 litres of wine (boxed only)
OR
24 cans of pre mixed spirits

Campers will be allowed to bring a reasonable supply of food/soft drinks into the campsite/glampsite on first entry only.

Enough deemed reasonable for a Weekend.

BBQ’S/Stoves are NOT permitted.

No alcohol, food or soft drinks are permitted in the festival arena itself.


A list of vendors and foods available will be posted to our website closer to the time.

For customers with specific dietary requirements, a reasonable amount of food to be brought into the festival arena for personal consumption. This must be confirmed with us in advance by emailing
info@landbeyondfest.com

Day Ticket Holders and Weekend No Camping ticket holders cannot bring food or drink into Land Beyond Festival.

Note: Land Beyond Festival is an 18+ Festival. ID checks searches will be carried out on entry to both the campsites and the main arena.

Chinese or Sky Lanterns
Drones
Excessive Amounts of Cigarettes (see Smoking section)
Fireworks
Flares
Gazebos
Generators
Glass
Illegal Substances
Knives
Liquid Fuels
Marker Pens
Masks and bandanas (covering your face)
Megaphones
Nitrous Oxide and/or Whippers
Portable Laser Equipment and Pens
Large Speaker Systems (pocket sized speakers are OK)
‘Legal Highs’ and Unidentifiable Substances
Skateboards, Rollerskates, Bikes
Large Soundsystems
Spray Cans
Unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos
Unauthorised Professional Film, Video or Camera Equipment (lens bigger than 6″)

Weapons (or any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon)

Smoking:

You can smoke in the open air but not inside big tops and tents. Excessive amounts of cigarettes will not be permitted into the campsite/glampsite, an amount deemed to be reasonable for one weekend will be allowed.
