Our first ever property in the city, Hillfort House brings a new style of student living to Brighton where communal areas and inclusive extras add up to more than a room.
If you're looking for somewhere suitable to live from September 2022, Hillfort House is ideally placed for students at both the University of Brighton’s Moulsecoomb campus and the University of Sussex. You can choose from an en-suite room in a shared flat with communal kitchen, or your very own self-contained studio with kitchenette. Whatever you go for, you can relax and study in the comfort of your own personal space.

Our indoor and outdoor social spaces have been designed with you in mind, so you can maximise both downtime and study time.
